Best Roller Skates For Pavement

An unusual silence ...

... has in the past two weeks in our house and sneaked in because of my blog. After two long and wonderful years we had, unfortunately, from our second cat Pauline adopt us after our first cat Grisu had already left due to illness last year.

is dealing with this unusual silence often very difficult, but lack their presence, their Schmusereien and the soft mewl at all corners and edges. Suddenly you can sear meat for lunch or open a tuna can, without being directly behind a demanding and requires its share. Also working in the garden is suddenly very quiet, but it was all those years always with me together in the garden and has overseen all the work. The cat diabetes, in which it has suffered since last year, for us, but surprisingly ended in renal failure, without that we could really say goodbye to her. The cat owners among you, I need not explain how much you depend on their pets and how difficult such a farewell.

Now we want but let's take a look in our garden, slowly and quietly looks a little bit of spring. My Christmas rose is in bloom in the meantime,

after some cleaning up and the knot garden looks very well behaved from

and when - like today - the sun is shining so bright, one has but slowly the feeling that spring is not too can be long in coming.

are of course also with us the snowdrops already longer a real beauty.

This year I have only a "building site" made in the garden: The ugly green tarnished Grill fire will finally disappear from the garden and make way for a new design. How accurate is to look, I do not at the moment. Me pink hydrangeas, funkier and some decorative elements float in front of zinc. We'll see.

What looks like a garden tidy, but if you just raking all the leaves from the lawn, right? Well, in the next few weeks a lot of work waiting for me ... is not that wonderful?

Discharge With Menstruation

An old promise ...

... is it still redeem. Some time ago I noted briefly what you can do with coconut oil, bird food and some creativity Sun I feed the birds in our Garden passionate and it was to feed this winter a little tired of getting only the conventional bird seed and the known diets. The results are beautiful little Futterküchlein. You need to coconut oil, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, ordinary feed mixtures for birds and small baking pan. The can on the image shown next cookie cutter, you think away the string you - this experiment is unfortunately failed miserably * grin *.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, you heat the coconut oil,

stir from time to time until it has completely dissolved. But please do not bring to a boil!

Now just the oats, feed mix, sunflower seeds, like some nuts, raisins, etc. pour in and stir well.

this mixture into the baking pan type. I have tried different forms - which must simply try out.

can now cool down the coconut oil - is the best course in the refrigerator. If everything well chilled and hard again has become, you can roll down the forms and the small Futterküchlein should fall out. If not - the forms simply have a short time in warm water, then coconut oil will again be a bit different and the chickens can be easily removed from the mold.

Well, so nice to see the bird seed cake so:

power it was her, right? Well, at least until the little feathered friends are attacked it.

Kate's Playground Streming

Winter ...

... the moment a little break has been inserted. One might almost think at the temperatures mentioned, the spring would be at the door. But of course we are still in the middle of winter and this will certainly return again. Thank God, but has been cleared of snow and I'm not really unhappy - but I stuck four times in one day with my car in the snow. An experience that I need not really * grin *.

presents The Garden at the moment more mushy and colorless. The lawn and babbles squeaks with every step and leaves a will not believe that he could look again at some point a lush and green and beautiful.
My hedges have survived the heavy snowfall also good. I had a little concern, but they were buried for weeks under a huge blanket of snow. But luckily everything came back without prejudice to the fore.

Also, the node garden still looks quite normal and hopefully will grow this year still a bit strong - if not him then pulls the directory tree fungus * sigh *.

But then of course I still found something enjoyable during my muddy garden walk:

My Christmas Rose already stretched up their first buds. Long it will certainly not last until the will be to discover the first flowers.

And my fat hens already seem to be in the starting blocks. So very slowly so we can apparently look forward to the first few days relaxing in the garden with gardening. What a lovely idea, after one has now been sitting for weeks in the house and sighed and has looked longingly at the snow-covered garden, right?
